He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Sr. Moritz and Marylou Pratte Moritz. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Burchett Moritz; his sons-in-law, Dr. Joseph S. III (Natalie Moritz), Bill Mittica-Cunningham (Michelle J.) of Brighton Township, Rudolf Diesing (Nicole J.) of Brighton Township, Andy Smith of Indiana Township, PA and John J. (Kristin); his grandchildren, Joe Henry, Sam Moritz, Josey, Roland Moritz, Dominic, Michael Mittica, Rudolf, Mason Diesing, Jonah and Luke Smith; his sister Debbie; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Hughes of Brighton Township, Jennifer and William Penny of Rochester. He is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law and three daughters.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the New Horizon School PTO, 128 Friendship Circle, Beaver, PA, in honor of his grandson, Dominic.
