He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Laura Mae Fordyce (Hendershot); his wife Anna Fordyce (Wilson); and his sister Floriene Dulaney. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Kofalt (Paul), Laura Everett and Theresa Boots (Don); his grandchildren, Michelle Kofalt (Omar Khemiri), Sharon Clark (Tyler) and Nathan Kofalt (April Willem); his great grandchildren, Kenyon Brandon, Peyton Brandon, Trenton Brandon, TJ Clark, Carter Clark, Zain Khemiri, Mohamed Khemiri and Ibrahim Khemiri; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Lyn Rich, Taylor Boots and Destiny McCune; his siblings, Gareald, Paul, Clyde, Hartzel, Earl, Anna Pearl and Carolyn Jo; and his brother-in-law Dave (Carolyn Wilson). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
