She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Puckett and Marie Aline Puckett (Strong). She is survived by: her children, Catherine Walters (Joseph Stahl) of Freedom, PA, David Hof (Jillian) of Salem, VA and Joseph Hof. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and another little miracle great-granddaughter.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to St. Jude.
