Neff (Jonathan) of Spring Mills, PA and Nathan T. Kephart (Michelle) of Houtzdale, PA; his siblings, Cheri Kephart of Wallaceton, PA, Brandi Freeberg (Jonathan) of Osceola Mills, PA, Francis L. Kephart, Jr. (Beth) of Florence, SC, Calvin R. Kephart (Kelly) of Munson, PA and S. Scott Kephart of Philipsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Leah Marie Neff and Maci Lynn Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
