He was predeceased by: his grandfather Chuck; and his parents, Dr. Charles F. Sampsel and Marion Harrison Sampsel. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ciotti Sampsel; his stepchildren, David Kilgallon (Colleen) and Andrea Morris; his grandchildren, David, Christopher, Nicholas, Patrick Kilgallon, Leighann, James and Katie Morris; his aunt Mabel; and his close friends, Henry Perotti (Barbara) and Henry "Jiggs" Nagel. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and all of the friends.
