She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walter and Rhoda Mae Hetherington Walter; her husband Earl Brown; and her brothers, William Walter and Marvin L. Walter (Carolyn).
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Brown, Earl Brown and Clifford Brown; her granddaughter Julia B. Brown; her great grandchild Nadia Tramel; and her goddaughter Valerie Walter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
