He is survived by : his children, Eugene Anthony, III and Samantha Lynn; the mother of his children Annette D'Emidio; his grandsons, Monie, Jonathan, Jackson and Vincent; his siblings, Debra and Chris (Rich); his nieces and nephews, David (Lisa), Summer (Wyatt), Rachel and Richie; and his great-nephew Wyatt.
