He is survived by: his children, Amy Bongard-Perry (Bill) and Shawn Joseph Bongard (Jada); his grandchildren, Jillian Perry (Mark), Darion Perry (Dan), Kaylynn Perry and Billy Perry; his great grandchildren, Mia, Nathan, Colsen and Isla; his siblings, Peggy Mobila and Jerry Bongard; and his pet Maddie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
