He is survived by: his wife Connie Kapusta; his son Michael Kapusta (Vicki); his grandchildren, Aubrey and Jessica; and his siblings, Roseanna Ostroff (Jonathan), Peter Kapusta (Linda) and John Kapusta (Sherri). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
