He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Munger (David) and Stephanie Mazzarone (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Madison, Avery, Gianna and Isabelle; his caregiver Deborah McLendon; Nicholas Foufas (Rebecca), Emma and Molly.
