He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gales and Pearl Gales; his wife Marie T. Gales; and his siblings, Carroll Gales, Jessie Gales, Ernest Gales and Gladys Gales.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pearl Jakes (late Frank) and Deborah Cortez (John); his grandchildren, Nicole Cortez, Rachel Cortez and Christopher Craig (Wendy); his great grandchild Christian Craig; and his sister Mary Speight. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Wade Funeral Home (1002 Radcliffe St, Bristol, PA 19007). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mark Church (1025 Radcliffe St, Bristol, PA 19007). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark Cemetery.
