He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Herbert and Kathryn Greta Oostdyk (Jellesma); and his siblings, Frank Oostdyk (Anna) and Faith Buck. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Laurel Anderson (Ron), Wendy Lawrence, William R. Oostdyk, Jr., Joy Squires (Keith), Jodi Bell (Jim) and Christy Lineman (Bob); his grandchildren, Krystal Kennedy (Beau), Michelle Young (Mike), Erik Anderson, Ryan Lawrence (Cheyenne), Josh Squires, Lindsay Dill (Jesse), Scott Squires, Juliana Bell, Savannah Squires (Chris) and Jamie Bell; and his siblings, Curt Detwiler (Carol) and Kathie Pratt (Gil). He is also survived by 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (250 Green Ln, Bristol, PA 19007). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be to made to Calvary Baptist Church in memory of Bill Oostdyk.
