She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. McDonough and Hulda Mary McDonough (McVaugh); and her husband Clinton Leroy Winter Sr. During. She is survived by: her sons, Clinton Leroy Winter Jr. and David Lee Winter; her grandson Hayden Tyler Foor of Everett; her mother-in-law Vonnie Winter; and her siblings, Joseph McDonough of Bear, DE, Bernadette Black and Pat Clark of Savannah. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
