He is survived by: his mother Violet Watkins; his son Matthew Lewellyn (Molly Molosky); his wife Andrea Watkins (Reed); his daughters, Alexandria Watkins and Emma Watkins (Zach Taylor); his grandson Charlie; his parents-in-law, Rick and Sue Reed; his brothers-in-law, Ryan Reed and Michael Reed; his siblings, Randy Watkins (Angie), Michael Watkins (Renee) and Brenda Worthing (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Vinson (Tony), Christopher Watkins (Alexis), Tyler Watkins (Taylor), Breanna Windbeck (Christopher), Chelsea Watkins (Toby Walizer), Nicholas Watkins (Ben Wilson), Derek Worthing (Mason) and Logan Reed (Carleigh Ceglar); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Archer Vinson, Ranger, Ridgely, River Watkins, Meredith, Rhiannon, Barrett Watkins, Grady, Adlee Worthing and Charlotte Reed.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home, Inc. (5010 Railroad Ave, Broad Top City, PA 16621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
