He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay C. Moore and Marion Reitz Moore. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Moore of Providence and Jacob "Jake" Moore (Emily) of Winchester, VA; his brothers, Donald Moore (Lisa) of Brockway and K. P. Moore (Michelle) of Brockway; and his former wife Nancy Chamberlin of Brockway.
