He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavius Dorsey Bartlett and Blanche Hacker Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Bartlett; his children, Bryan Bartlett of Brockway and Marla Halbach (Jim) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Keith Bartlett (Brianna), Zachary Bartlett, Brielle Johnston (Alex), Anndi Bartlett, Meg Bassett (Jonathan), Chloe Wilkes (Kenan), James Halbach (Sarah), Micah Halbach, Clara Halbach, Julia Halbach, Matthew Halbach and Charis Halbach. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and 26 nieces and nephews.
