He was predeceased by: his father Chuck; his brother Robert L. Kearney; his in-laws, Richard J. and Vada Ilene Bracco; his brother-in-law Martin R. "Skip" Cummins; his nephew Wayne Michael Bracco; and his sister Carolyn Kearney.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bracco Kearney; his children, Robert C. Kearney of Brockway, Richard L. Kearney (Jeanne Marie) of Rockford, MN and Debra June Kearney Merritt (Maria) of Treasure Lake; his grandchildren, Lennon, Sid and Reed; his sister Ellen June Cummins of Martinez, GA; his niece Lisa Anne Cummins of Lincolnton, GA; his nephew Charles Cummins; his brother-in-law William Robert Bracco (Dianne) of West Mifflin; and his nieces, Amanda Lynn Snyder (Chris) of Seven Fields, PA, Tiffany Marie Donahue (David) of Finleyville, PA and Courtney Dianne Alokonis of Munhall, PA. He is also survived by numerous cousins.
