She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian "Stony" Samick and Lucille Samick; and her brother Ronald "Ronnie" Samick. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Manno (Jim) and Jeff Lilja (Megan); her grandchildren, Tyler Kio, Charlie Lilja, Ava Grace Lilja, Cecilia Manno, Sydney Manno, Jedidiah Manno, Soraya Manno and Theodore Manno; her siblings, John Samick (Barb) and Jean Krug (Don); her former husband Paul (Mary); her close friend Linda Domaleski; and her pet Ivy.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are encouraged to plant flowers or a tree at home in Christine's memory.
