He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Carr (Smith); his children, Lori Serafini (Ray), Lisa Gilebarto, Ken Carr (Suizi) and Sam Carr (Faith); his grandchildren, Ray Serafini III (Kelly), Noah Serafini (Hayley), Andrew Serafini (Danielle), Bret, Corey Carr, Andrea, Stephen and Zachary Gilebarto; his children, Lyla Carr and Tate Serafini; and his brothers, Tom Carr and Blaine Carr.
