She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Kovach and Helen Nietrzeba Kovach; her son Robert Ishman Jr.; and her grandson Jacob Ishman. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Chamberlin; her son William R. Ishman of Brockway; her grandchildren, Tabitha Ishman and Matt Ishman; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Chamberlin and Diane Welsh; and her mother-in-law Sally Chamberlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
