She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Puhala and E. Jean Feldman Puhala; her husband Steven Kost; and her brother Tommy Puhala. She is survived by: her daughter Traci McGillicuddy (Mike) of Annadale, VA; and her siblings, Ruth Joy Keister of Brockway, Peggy Thompson of Brockway, George Puhala (Sandy) and Joseph Puhala (Frances). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
