He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennth Wade and Elizabeth Ann (Hemphill). He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Richard, Jeffrey of Brockway, Scott of Ford City, James (Brenda) of Brockway and Tina of Brockway; his grandchildren, Ben Craft (April), Liz Craft (Steve), Kenny Craft, Josh Reitz, Amber Ellis (Craig), Amanda Spencer (Joe), Justin Craft (Sarah), Andrew Craft (Amanda) and Brandon Craft (Ashley); and his brother Victor Baxter (Barb).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shugarts Funeral Home Inc. (1033 4th Ave, Brockway, PA 15824). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lighthouse Community Church (732 Main St, Brockway, PA 15824). The military honors was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at the same location.
