With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Chamberlin of Brockway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric Carlson and Erma Billingsley Carlson; and her husband Curtis W. Chamberlin. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Chamberlin of Brockway, Diane Welsh of Burlington, NC and Jeffrey Chamberlin of Brockway; her siblings, Joyce Snyder (Elvin) of Brockway, Delores Peterson of Ridgway, PA and Blaine Carlson (Patty) of Brockway; her grandchildren, Jennifer Croston (Ryan), Nicholas Moore, Daniel Welsh and Jacob Moore; her great grandchildren, Connor, Lylah, Carson, Karli Croston and Eric Welsh; her pet Toby; her boyfriend George Shaffer; and her partner's child Jaci Rebo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
