He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Albert Edward Devlin and Mary Elizabeth Devlin (McGovern). He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth "Bitsey" A. Robertson (Gerald) of State College, PA, Jeffery D. Devlin (Karyn) of Ridgefield, CT and Dr. James E. Devlin (Diane) of Brockway, PA.. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, two great nieces, and three great nephews.
