With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Smith (Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judith Ann Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald A. Smith; and her parents, Russell Padgett and Gladys Padgett (Conklin). She is survived by: her children, Laura Vivacqua (Thomas), Duane Smith (Nichole), Roger Smith (Laura), Gregory Smith (Lori), Jonathan Smith and Jodi Holden (Randy); her siblings, Russell Padgett Jr. (Linda) and Sandra Haney (Richard); her grandchildren, Jared, Kara, Jenna, Brittany, Courtney, Leeann, Dana, Jeffrey, Jacob and Reid; and her pet Callie. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the William H. Kresge Funeral Home, Inc. (1763 US-209, Brodheadsville, PA 18322). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
