He was predeceased by : his wife Cynthia K. Hartman (Setiz); his parents, Clair E. Hartman and Romaine E. Hartman (Fitzkee); his brother Donald E. Hartman (Althea); and his brother-in-law Timothy M. Seitz.
He is survived by : his brothers, Larry E. Hartman (Linda) of Illinois, Robert E. Hartman (Quyen) of York and Richard E. Hartman (Fabian) of York; his parents-in-law, Burnell and Bonnie Seitz; and his sisters-in-law, Pamela D. Fry (Harry) of York, Patti A. Gingerich (Kenneth) of West York and Susan Seitz of Red Lion. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and other extended family.
