He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl I. H. and Ruth N. Daugherty (Barshinger); and his siblings, David Daugherty and Joan Henise. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Daugherty (Newcomer); his brothers, Donald and Robert Daugherty; and his children, Karen Sweitzer (Keith), Kent Daugherty (Susan), Karol Edwards (Eric), Krista Richardson (Dean) and Keith Daugherty (Pam). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (48 Muddy Creek Forks Rd, Brogue, PA 17309). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
