She was predeceased by: her husband Edward R. Kluka; and her daughter Gloria J. Kluka. She is survived by: her sons, Edward R., Jr. (Lillian) and Michael S. (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Bobby, Lauren, Jay, Michael and Shannon. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
