He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Cooke and Anne Cooke; and his sons, Stephen, Mark and Robert W. "Bobby" Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Cooke; his children, Robin Merkle (Wayne) and Adam Cooke; his grandchildren, Stephen, Jennifer, Kevin, Brittany, Ryan, Luke, Drew and Adrianna; his great grandchildren, Elliot, Georgia and Cameron; his sister Susan Scott (Tom); and his daughter-in-law Barbara Cooke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Bob faced Alzheimer's Disease with incredible strength and grace, never once complaining, even in the face of hardship.
