It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Kozak of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert J. Kozak to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kozak and Pauline Kozak; and his wife Dorette Kozak (Carbonaro). He is survived by: his children, Kelsea Fairchild (Michael) of Aston and Robert M. Kozak (Breanna) of Brookhaven; his grandchildren, Bradley, Thomas, Abigail and Bella; and his siblings, Michaelean Bradley, Joe and Don Kozak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John Chrysostom Church (615 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
