"Kathy" Fisher Donithan; his sons, Brian and Adam Donithan; his stepdaughter Amber Curry; his mother Sheila G. Lamphear; his sisters, Cindy Carter (John) and Sherri Moore (Joe); his granddaughter Callie Mae Ferrell; and his stepfather Robert Lamphear. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
