He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ream and Kathryn Dekona Ream; and his brothers, Charles and Bill Ream. He is survived by: his wife Susan Howlett Ream; his son Mark Ream (Paulette); his sister Toni Thumma (John); and his grandson Jackson Ream.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Christ United Methodist Church, 600 E Dutton Mill Rd, Brookhaven, PA 19015.
