He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Perkins (Bryan); his grandson Zachary (Kendyl); his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Ryle and Carter; his grandsons, Dylan and Elijah (Neika); his great grandchild Walker; his daughters, Jaime Vavrick (Lywun) and Kimberly Smith (James); and his great grandchildren, Juliet, Liza and Preston.
