She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Greene and Gertrude Greene; her husband James R. O'Hearn; her siblings, Harry C. Greene, Elwood Greene, Yvonne Wilson, Louise Shaffer and Lorraine Moody; and her great grandchild Colton Houser.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lindsay Minich (Joshua) of Fairmount City, PA, Sarah (Joshua) of Plumville, PA, Abbigail Arthurs (Matthew) of Erie, PA, Gannon O'Hearn (Hannah Buchkoski) of Dilltown, PA and Jason Lawer of Indiana, PA.; her great grandchildren, Jacob Minich, Matthew Boyd and Andrea Houser; her brother R. E. "Buddy" Greene (Beverly); and her brother-in-law Thomas Moody.
