He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lynn Shaffer; his children, Joyce, David Haines (Kristin), Stefanie Shaffer (Matt) and Aaron Haines (Sara); his grandchildren, Sydney Sanders (Wil), Gabriel Haines (Sydney), Emily Kerr, Ryan Kerr, Nick Shaffer, Daniel Shaffer, Julia Shaffer, Tim Haines (Rachel), Claire Haines and Kellen Haines; and his great grandchildren, Roan Sanders, Scottie Haines and Drew Haines.
