She is survived by: her husband Thomas Spitz; her children, Sandra Ward (Michael), Elaine Cole (Brian), Tony Adams III, Cathy Bales (Jeff), Tommy Spitz and Sara Diehl (Adam); her grandchildren, David (Krissy), Bobby, Toni, Nathan (Julie), Adam, Jeremy, Zach, Tim, Mike, Rosalie, Urijah, Cavan, Raylan, Everett, Evan and Lily; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Mikayla, Grayson, Harper, Bailey and Carter.
