She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Hilliard and N. Ruth Hilliard (Carrier); her husband Frank B. Moore; and her siblings, Robert Hilliard, Hazel Stuart, Ralph Hilliard and Ronald Hilliard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley A. Sloniger (Tim) of Timblin, PA and Wanda R. Poland (Barry) of Georgetown, PA; her grandsons, Jason Sloniger, Jordan Sloniger, Luke Poland and Brock Poland; and her siblings, Dorothy Shaffer of Brookville, PA and Paul Hilliard of Tennessee.
