He is survived by: his wife Marian Blotzer (Kulakowski) of Brookville; his children, W. David Blotzer of Plum and Deborah Hedeen (Mark) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Justin Olbeter (Mandi), Heather Hedeen, Shannon Hedeen, Cory D. Blotzer, Brett Hedeen and Karli Held (James); his great grandchildren, Jayce, Noah, Malela, Winter Rose, Hope, Vera and Maria; his sister-in-law Paulette Stone; his nephews, Walter (Connie) and Bill Danko; his extended family, Karen, Pete and Zach Zemba; and his close friends, Bob, Scheldean Jose, Joe and Art Schrecongost.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Wayne's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
