She was predeceased by : her son Michael D. Schrenk. She is survived by : her significant other Jen Butler; and her sons, John Schrenk III, Samuel Lloyd Moore IV and Matthew A. Moore. She is also survived by mom, "Patsy" and Jen's siblings, their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
