She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Phleger and Frances Phleger; and her husband William F. Bell. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy S. Bell and Stephen A. Bell; her daughters-in-law, Myra Y. Bell and Lisa B. Bell; her grandchildren, Melanie Ryan, Scott Bell, Jessica Bell, Jaclyn Weiss and Ricky Bell; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Landen, William, Autumn, Harrison, Max, Brian and Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Betty's memory may be made to the Reformation Lutheran Church Youth Scholarship Fund.
