With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David R. Winters of Broomall, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Winters to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle A. Winters (Van Dyke) and Marshall E. Winters; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, John Lamb and Katherine.

He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" A. Winters; his siblings, Wayne and Christine Winters (Ross Armstrong); and his in-laws, Thomas, Daniel Lamb, Carol Harrington and Deborah Berger. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
