She was predeceased by: her father John Heffernan. She is survived by: her husband John W. Sullivan; her sons, Patrick (Meghan), Thomas and Jonathan; her mother Jean Heffernan; her grandchildren, Ryan, Aiden and Mackenzie; and her siblings, John, Gregory, Diane Dafnis, Christine Russell and Karen Heffernan. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
