He is survived by : his parents, Joseph Sr. and Dorothea; his girlfriend Mary Browne; his former life partner Carol Bobrowski; his daughters, Dana Schultz (Eric) and Alicia Felton (James); his siblings, Robert Bobrowski (Deb) and Patricia Spiller (Tom); his aunt Cioci Kathleen Jotz; and his cousins, Jeffrey Jotz and Richard Jotz (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and godchildren.

“We are beyond devastated to hear that Joe passed. Joe was a supportive friend and neighbor and we shared many laughs over the years.. I always looked forward to talking to him on any life topic: family, work, politics, restaurants, gardening, etc. I loved the support he showed Emma; he was an Uncle to her. She helped water his garden and every time she disappeared on me, I knew she was talking to Joe.! He remembered her every holiday with cards and gifts. RIP Joe xo”
