She is survived by: her spouse Yanni Spalas; her daughters, Betty Nicholis (Marko) and Georgia Sioutis (Nicholas); her grandchildren, George, Sevasti, Anastasios and Dionysia; and her great grandchild Georgia. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Lefki's name be made to the church.
