He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Kay" Carlin; and his children, Lizanne (Carlin), Robert Konjarvich, Leo, Suzanne Carlin (Goggin), Clayton, Kathleen Carlin (Donovan), Corinne (Carlin), Clifford Strauss, Christopher, Alyson Carlin (Akin), Laurence, Stephanie Carlin (Haller), Carrie (Carlin) and Michael Sarmento. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
