With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorenzo Checchia of Broomall, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2024 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorenzo Checchia to pay them a last tribute.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lorenzo leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Lorenzo may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by : his wife Maria Checchia; his son David Checchia; his grandchildren, Dominic and Ava Checchia; and his siblings, Alessandra, Diane and Eleanor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Pius X Church (220 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
