He is survived by: his friend Bill; his wife Norma Ann (Pagliaro); his children, William D'Amico, Margaret Shepherd, John D'Amico, Michael D'Amico, Leanne Williams and Mark D'Amico; and his stepchildren, Linda Farinella, Karen Farinella and Peter Farinella. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
