He is survived by: his children, Judy Guarino (Vince) and Eugene Petrilak; his siblings, Joseph Petrilak and Eileen Aguiar (Mike); his grandchildren, Ivar Iversen (Stephanie) and Clarissa Guarino (Rob); and his great grandchild Addilyn Timms. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
