She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hoover and Bertha Hoover (Weaver); her son Brian Royer; her stepdaughter Tammy Slocum of Manheim; her great grandchild Wyatt Bruns; her son-in-law Richard Lapp; and her siblings, Dorothy Diem, Dolores Hoover and Herbert Hoover.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale E. Stoner; her daughters, Darby Lapp and Donna Nash of Ephrata; her son-in-law Vince; her son Danny Parkhouse of Akron; her stepdaughters, Cindy Lentz of Ohio and Renee Horn of Manheim; Steve. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gravenor Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Inc. (100 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
