He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Columbia and Mary Columbia (Rafac) of West Brownsville, PA.; his wife Bernice A. Columbia; his daughter Judith Compton; and his siblings, John, Andrew, Michael, Paul, George, Josh Columbia, Anne Columbia and Kathryn Kuklish.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ann Columbia (Barbara), Patty Columbia and Beth Lawson; his grandchildren, Darin Dewey, Anna Rosenheck (Josh), Helen Compton (Ford), Julie Lawson (Joe Druga) and Christian Lawson; and his great grandchild Amelia Dewey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
